Sponsor Payment

You may pay for your sponsorship via electronic transfer or by cheque. Please send your payments and form ( link ) to Sandra Kegie. Sandra will complete and return to you as required.

Event Passes

Most Sponsorship packages include passes to the conference.

Sponsor attendees will have name badges available at the registration desk. When registering each delegate, please use that individual’s name, and not the company administrator’s name. This is the information we use to create the name badges.

You may register your delegates online; we will provide a Coupon Code for a 100% discount on the admission price in the online store. There will be one coupon code for each conference pass included with your sponsorship.

If you want to have additional staff attend your booth with no access to the speakers and sessions; the admission is only $100. Please register them online by choosing ‘Booth Staff Admission’.

Alternately, you may send the contact information for the person(s) will be receiving your passes by phoning us at (647) 772-4268. Please send no later than April 4th


If your sponsorship includes a booth, please first let us know whether or not you plan on taking advantage of your booth. If you are not going to use it, please let us know so that we can reassign the space.

Booth Location

You will be provided with the opportunity to choose the location of your booth.  Platinum chooses first, then gold and so on.  We will send out a floor plan closer to the date of the event.

Booth Materials

With respect to booth materials, all booth materials, including any items you would like included in the registrants bags, should be shipped so that they arrive on Thursday, April 18th (April 19 and 22 are National holidays). Please send materials to:

Delivery people will be able to park in the loading dock and can take the freight elevator to the 7th floor. Delivery personnel must see the Dock Master to obtain a security pass.

Please be aware that the Carlu does not have dollies and exhibitors should bring means to transport material.

Post Event

If you need material picked up – please complete your own waybills and communicate with your couriers a time and date to pick up items from The Carlu.

Shipping Label

Please print the SHIPPING LABEL

Please fill in the items in red (specific to your event name etc.).   These are shipping labels so that the venue knows how many boxes should be with each sponsors shipment.

Equipment List

Please see the following information if you require AV equipment for your booth as well as further loading dock information, please email Mike: to make arrangements.

Please note sponsors will be responsible for any rental costs they have in addition to what is being offered as part of the booth (1 table, 2 chairs, outlet access if required). Please inform us if you do require an outlet.

Please ensure you complete the shipping label with the amount of boxes expected. 

If you are planning on bringing all of the above with you on the day of the conference, please let us know so that we aren’t expecting packages for you that aren’t being delivered.

Sponsor Prize Draw

Sponsors are encouraged to provide a prize for guests (other sponsors are not allowed to submit for other sponsors prizes). At the beginning of the last session, each sponsor will draw from their respective draw bowls. 

We will make a list of the winners, and we will announce the winners during the closing remarks.


In order for us to correctly reflect your name and logo on our materials, please let us know:
–       Your corporate name as you would like it to appear
–       Provide your logo in a non-pdf, HD format (.eps , .tiff , etc) and
–       Please advise if you have any rules or restrictions around your name appearing with/without your logo or your logo appearing with/without your name

Day of the Conference

You may gain access to the venue at 6:30AM in order to set up.  As breakfast starts at 8:00 we would encourage you to be set up and ready by 8:00am.  Once delegates register in the reception/registration area they will be directed into the sponsorship room which is where all food service will be located.
